Rams News: LA to Delay the Start of Training Camp, New Date Still the Be Determined

For all of the certainty that the NFL has talked with, the fact remains that there are many variables that may affect the 2020 season. Another one of these variables just changed, as the Rams have announced the delay of training camps.

According to The Athletic writer, Jourdan Rodrigue, the team has yet to determine when they will officially open camp for their 80+ players and coaches. Rookies were scheduled to arrive starting Thursday, but that may be put on hold as well.

The Rams have many new pieces to add to the fold this season, and they could use all of the practice time they can get. The testing and quarantine requirements will impact how early teams can begin practicing, and this setback doesn’t help matters at all. The NFL will need to climb one steep hill if they want to have a normal 2020 season.
