Rams News: Aaron Donald Nabs 99 Overall Rating in ‘Madden’ For 4th Straight Year

Aaron Donald is a beast. I know it. You know. And the video game world knows it too.

For the 4th straight year, the Rams defensive tackle nabs a 99 overall rating in the popular football video game. For any football fan, to see that is crazy.

Now, Donald is in the prestigious 99 Club. Whoa.

Donald joins en elite class of 99 ranked players this year. He is the 3rd player alongside Carolina Panther’s running back Christian McCaffrey and Kansas City Cheifs QB Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes.

In a classy move, EA Sports decided to let Donald know about this achievement with a care package that included a diamond pendant and a trophy. Take a gander to the left. Epic.

If you’re a fan of the Madden games, then you’ll know how much of a treat this is. In last year’s game, Donald was a beast. They added that new X-Factor trait that hypes up the players with special abilities. In Madden 21, Donald has 99 ratings in Power Move, Play Recognition, and Strength.

More Madden ratings will be released all week so stay tuned to see where other Rams players stand. I don’t expect to see anyone else on the squad with such a high ranking, but also curious to see where QB Jared Goff stands. In Madden 20, Goff ranked 83 that matched with his wide receiver teammate Cooper Kupp.

EA Sports Madden 21 is scheduled to be released on August 25, 2020, on Playstation 5, XBOX Series X, PS4, XBOX One, and more.
