Lakers News: LeBron James Has Held Safe, Private On-Court Workouts With Some Teammates

As NBA practice facilities reopen, LeBron James has held private workouts with one to two teammates at a time in Los Angeles, per Shams Charania.

LeBron has taken all the safety measures during these private on-court workouts. According to Shams, everyone involved in these workouts has been tested for Covid-19; everyone involved has practiced social distancing; everyone involved has taken the necessary steps to ensure they are following the guidelines.

At 35 years old, LeBron James is on a mission to win his fourth NBA championship.

Since Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz first contracted the coronavirus, the NBA has been very cautious about the situation, suspending the season, and closing all practice facilities. Now that some strides have been made, most teams have reopened their facilities for players to work out and get shots up.

The Clippers have done the same as far as working out privately, as the NBA season plans to resume in July. The playoffs are approaching, as both teams prepare for battle.

This season, LeBron has averaged 25.7 points, 10.6 assists, and 7.9 rebounds per game. As the Lakers sit atop the Western Conference, they remain focused with their eyes on the prize, and that is the NBA championship.
